Good article. It's a tough subject to tackle. I made a short drama film that touched on the holocaust. I'm working on a feature length version. It's one of those subjects that always will invite criticism, from those sympathetic and sensitive, but it also inflames people who are deniers. I've received a small taste of people trying to "educate me" me. However, people and politicians seem to yet again be sliding towards intolerance and fascism. There is still a place for artists to show how dark life can become.
